Hi Loves! If you are not 100% happy with the order you received, and want to swap it out for something else here is the policy: 

 Once you have emailed us at letsbagit@yahoo.com for an RA#, and we receive your return, we will refund your purchase! Make sure to put the RA# we give you on the box or envelope inside the package. *Payment for shipping back returned product is the customers responsiblity!

Requirements for Return: 

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • All tags must be attached and in original packaging.
  • Must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Please make sure every return comes with a tracking number from USPS or UPS or the carrier of choice. If we do not receive your package back, and there is no tracking number, we cannot refund you.
